MPCF-Cam Sur, MPC-Naga join hands in Career Guidance Orientation missions The Mariners Polytechnic Colleges Foundation (MPCF) in Canaman, Camarines Sur and Mariners Polytechnic Colleges (MPC) in Naga City pooled their manpower resources in conducting Career Guidance Orientation missions in the different public and private Senior High Schools in the provinces of Camarines Sur and Camarines Norte.
