PLEDGE OF COMMITMENT

We, the Officials, members of the Management Committee, and the participating Planners of the schools of the Mariners System, namely, the Mariners Polytechnic Colleges Foundation Canaman, Camarines Sur, Mariners Polytechnic Colleges Foundation Legazpi City Albay, Mariners Polytechnic Colleges and Naga City, after two days of the JOINT CONFERENCE for STRATEGIC PLANNING REVIEW & STRATEGIC DIRECTION SETTING from August 19 to 20, 2024, pledge to commit ourselves to the joint pursuit of the Strategic Goals according to the Strategic Plan Review, the Agenda of the President and the Mancom in response to the Strategic Issues for the attainment of the Adjusted Strategic Plan reviews for Mariners Canaman and Mariners Legazpi, and the new Strategic Plan being crafted for Mariners Naga. We assure each of our unwavering commitment to pursuing and realizing these joint strategic goals and plans, uniting our efforts for a common purpose.

We also pledge to support our individual schools’ plans, programs, projects, and activities in the Mariners System. Each school plays a crucial role as it strives to learn from best practices and open the horizon and our mindset for meaningful change. We recognize that we are all responsible for achieving excellence in education for our primary stakeholders, the students and their parents/guardians.

We see this as an opportunity to become firm, resilient, and dynamic partners for a better Mariners today and a brighter future. We are committed to reaching the vision of being a premier maritime and tourism/tech-vocation industry institution in the region and the country. This commitment inspires us and motivates us to work towards this goal, knowing that we are part of something greater than ourselves.

We pledge to share our time, effort, and resources to help our school become a more productive member of society. With each one’s active involvement, we can contribute more meaningfully to the development of the local community, the province, the Bicol region, and the country.

We pledge this commitment to all these and plan to turn it into concrete actions based on our example of perseverance and resilience. May God bless us all.
