A duly recognized and regulated Training and Assessment Center by the Maritime Industry Authority (MARINA) STCW Office. Mariners Training Center (MTC) consistently provide quality training and assessment to enhance seafarers/trainees competence in Basic Training as set out in the Amended 1978 STCW Code.

The Computer Laboratory is responsible for providing Computer Laboratory Equipment and area for Computer Literacy training as provided for in relevant CHED Memorandum Orders.
A tool provided by the school for the students enrolled in BS Marine Transportation be trained in handling communication onboard ship and also in responding in emergency alert and on how to activate emergency.
The school has dormitories for students. The MIS Dormitory caters to the MIS Cadets. The office of the Student Affairs and Services through the Local Government Unit
(LGU) concerned accredits boarding houses/dormitories which pass the standard of safe, secure, and student-friendly boarding houses.
Marine Engineering Laboratory Facilities consist of: Machine Shop Laboratory, Gas & Arc Welding Laboratory, Marine Engine Room Laboratory, Marine Electro-Electrical Laboratory, Marine Automation Laboratory, Marine Engine Room Simulator Laboratory
The Technical Vocational/ Culinary Department laboratories or Practical Work Areas consist of Galley, Bread, Pastry, Cookery, Food and Beverage, Housekeeping, and Hairdressing Laboratory. It is equipped with the most advanced kitchenware cooking equipment and relevant tools, providing a simulated working environment for CSMC students to enhance their Technical and Culinary skills. This could help them acquire their specific competency per TESDA Vocational course program. Furthermore, the Faculty/Trainer supported training and proficiency in the culinary laboratories.
The MPCF-Canaman Chemistry and Physics Laboratories are located at the 1st floor JCJ Building. It was constructed to be used by the students in conducting experiments regarding Chemistry and Physics subjects, respectively, and have a hands-on experience in testing theories and principles discussed during the lecture. The Chemistry laboratory is an important component of the overall laboratory experience for students across many fields. It is where you can test theories, experiments conducted, hypotheses developed, and new knowledge discovered. This laboratory has all the necessary equipment for preparation of samples and standards for various analyses of liquid and solid samples. The laboratory houses traditional equipment including glassware, fume hoods, shower room and other laboratory equipment needed in the experimentation.
A facility that complies with safety and structural standard which gives a comfortable and competitive atmosphere to maritime students where they can learn physical education, physical sports and the importance of sportsmanship and camaraderie. It also serves as a multipurpose building where big events such as graduations and social activities happens.
Students in the maritime program at MPCF-Canaman have access to a swimming pool, which is used for training in waterborne survival skills as well as other practical training, such as using liferafts and other floating devices. A gravity life boat and a single arm davit mounted on a purpose-built steel structure were incorporated into the construction of a landship that was built beside it.
